LWCE T1
Thinking about grids laid the foundation for the work, ‘Looking With Closed Eyes’. The work starts from the observation on a construction site, a lattice of steel rebar emerging from a block of hardened concrete; an abstract, rational, empty structure emerging from what can be considered the most used material after water: concrete. With this insight, the installation LWCE T1 is exploring the grid as a space between ‘the concrete’, the imagined, the ideal and memories.

Initiated during a Beyond Matter Residency in Tirana, LWCE T1 was presented for the first time in November 2021 at Tirana Art Lab , in an exhibition curated by Adela Demetja, alongside works from Donika Çina and Alexander Walmsley.
From 18.02.23 to 30.04.23 LWCE T1 was on view at Immerse! an exhibition curated by Corina L. Apostol (Tallinn Art Hall) and Lívia Nolasco-Rózsás (ZKM Center for Art and Media Karlsruhe) at Tallinn Art Hall.
