GETTI

A slide projection installation made of images of the shadows of people, tools, objects and abstractions. The work was a meditation on the nature of images, dreams and reality, and refers to the theme of Plato’s cave. The title of the work, Getti, translates to “Jets”, as in ink jets, or light jets.

In September 2020, the work was presented in the exhibition “Con la testa tra le nuvole” curated by Nadia Bensbih and Sebastiano Caroni, in Bellinzona, (CH)
